Yeah You are right about the bogus customer support. I tried to contact them 8 min’s after the free trial offer. Got no answer from them.
I will be at the bank first thing in the morning to stop any other payments to this company. I have an account thats specially for internet purchases only so with out overdraft coverage so it wont get paid if the money isnt thier, but for those who dont shop online like this I can gaurentee you a bad experience with this company and I havent tried he product yet. DON’T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company will not stops sending me their product and will not reply to any emails from their bogus “customer support”.
The product doesn’t work well and they’re laughing at customers they manage to take advantage of. There is a fine print in the “FREE SAMPLE” that enlists you in a monthly buying scheme. I have sent them sent repeated mails requesting to cancel and they don’t reply except with an auto-reply “We’ll get back to you”.
Companies like this one ruin internet business for all of us.
